Deb Malave is the founder and CEO of Deb Malave, LLC, a management, marketing, and organizational consulting firm based out of Northern Kentucky. She spent the bulk of her career in the Music Industry cultivating her skills in International Sales, Worldwide Marketing, Operations, Accounting, and Customer Service. In 2016, Deb received her MBA from the University of Tampa. While pursuing her MBA, she realized her talents and experiences were not just industry specific. Her innate business sense has not only propelled her career but has been an asset to the organizations she has been a part of.
Prior to starting Deb Malave, LLC, Deb was the Chief Operating Officer for Hart New York, a design and logistics firm specializing in the trade show, event, and store environment spaces. Some of her previous clients include Panasonic and Marshall Amplification. She was Vice President of US-based operations for German bass manufacturer, Warwick. She was also the Director of Marketing for Hanser Music Group, based in Hebron, KY, whose brands included B.C. Rich Guitars and Kustom Amplification.
When not solving problems and keeping many plates spinning, she can usually be found perusing vinyl at her favorite record shop or at Tropicana Field cheering on her beloved baseball team, the Tampa Bay Rays (#gorays).
